ICES alerts us to the overfishing of pelagic Species in the Northeast Atlantic

On September 30, the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) published its advice on several stocks of pelagic species in the Northeast Atlantic and confirmed the poor health of the horse mackerel stock, which concerns several French fisheries.
