Sinking of a Chinese fishing vessel

The Lu Peng Yuan Yu 028, a Chinese fishing vessel owned by Penglai Jinglu Fishery Co, has capsized. according to CCTV, a Chinese state media.
39 crew members are missing. The crew is composed of 17 Chinese, 17 Indonesians and 5 Filipinos.
The sinking occurred in the Indian Ocean on 17 May, around 3 a.m. Beijing time.
China reports that search and rescue operations have been launched. They are cooperating with Australia, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Indonesia and the Philippines to find the castaways.
